Axminster is a lovely small ancient market town in East Devon, which is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Axminster is ideally situated to explore many of East Devons' hidden gems and nearby borders of Somerset and Dorset. Within a 30 minute drive are the picturesque coastal villages of Beer, Branscombe & Axmouth.

Guest Accommodation - Prestoller House B&B is an individual, spacious studio-style Guest Suite (on the ground floor) with own private entrance and parking, but enclosed in the same quiet, secluded grounds, yet convenient to Axminster Town and amenities is the setting for our annexe adjoining Prestoller House. Suitable for 2 adults plus 1 child or baby. The Guest Suite has a settee, dining table and chairs, colour tv, small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave and toaster suitable to prepare light snacks, tea/coffee etc.. for your convenience. 1 double bed & 1 single, ( fold-up bed available for addittional children) and ensuite walk-in shower, wash basin and wc.

Dog Friendly Accommodation - For guests with a dog - a doggie bed can be provided if required. As can walkies, if you are out for the day visiting (small charge for dog walking).

Walking from Prestoller House B&B - There is access to farm walks and at the bottom across Chard Road, you have a lovely walk beside the river Axe, across the Cloakham Lawns and cricket green. Along the Crewkerne Road, there are many walks across National Trust Woodland. There are also numerous walks nearby to the fabulous Jurassic coasts, further information can be found in the guest room.
